All attendees must abide by all city, state, and federal laws, including those governing public behavior and nudity.
This event is not a sex party: sexual activity is not permitted in public event areas, venues, or spaces open to the public.
Please be mindful that we share our surroundings with local residents, workers, and businesses. Make sure your conduct honors our hosts and the greater community.
Please be respectful of hotel staff at all times. They welcome us with open arms, and we don’t want that to ever change. Very few hotels are as accepting as The Lord Baltimore, and we are lucky to be one of their premiere events.
2. Consent & Personal Boundaries
Always obtain affirmative, enthusiastic consent before physical or intimate contact of any kind.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Please respect “no” or any indication that someone is uncomfortable, immediately and without argument.
Do not touch, photograph, or otherwise engage with anyone without their clear consent.
3. Respect & Harassment Policy
Treat fellow attendees, staff, venue workers, and local neighbors with respect, regardless of gender, orientation, expression, or experience.
Harassment, discrimination, or any kind of aggressive or unwelcome behavior will not be tolerated.
4. Privacy & Photography
Do not take photos or videos of anyone without their permission.
Respect the privacy and boundaries of others, both at event spaces and in public areas.
RSK/BBM reserves the right to post any pictures taken during the events on its websites without asking permission of each individual that are in the pictures. (Discretion will be applied where appropriate and requests to remove photos from RSK/BBM controlled websites and social media accounts will be honored.)
5. Dress Code
We ask that guests cover their genitals in public areas, hallways, and outside the hotel at all times.
Once inside an event or party, you can dress as risque as you like and feel free to wear (or not wear) whatever makes you comfortable.
BBM STAFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK A GUEST TO CHANGE IF DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE ATTIRE.
Guests are also asked to not sit bare asses on any furniture in the hotel. Please bring a towel or hanky to put down if you want to sit.
6. Tickets & Sales
Tickets purchased using the Club Member discount code will require proof of membership at check-in. Any discounted ticket presented by a non-member will be voided with no entry and no refund. (Club Member discount available only to members in good standing of the presenting organizations.)
Ticket purchases will appear on your credit card statement as Rainbow Sidekick.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS: The purchase price of any tickets not used will be considered a donation to the non-profit beneficiary of all proceeds from the event.
Schedule of events is subject to change at the discretion of the promoters.
Sales Tax due on taxable items on this purchase is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and not of the seller. Any tax due should be reported to your local/state taxing authority.
7. Accountability & Enforcement
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event without refund and/or a ban from future events.
Any illegal conduct may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
By purchasing a ticket and participating in Bears Bikers & Mayhem, you affirm that you understand and agree to this Code of Conduct. Let’s make our event safe, enjoyable, and welcoming for all.
8. Legal Disclaimer
Bears, Bikers & Mayhem, its producers, staff, volunteers and affiliates cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items or a guest’s personal safety and welfare during the event.
Bears, Bikers & Mayhem and The Lord Baltimore reserve the right to eject any guest from the event and hotel property for unacceptable behavior or unlawful acts without a refund.
Illegal acts of public lewdness are strictly forbidden. The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden.
By participating in any events organized by Rainbow Sidekick and Bears, Bikers & Mayhem (RSK/BBM), you agree to the following:
RSK/BBM events are provided with no special warranty either express or implied.
The Organizers, including but not limited to the Founders, Committee Members, Advisory Board Members, Sponsors, etc., of RSK/BBM events assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons whether arising in contract, negligence, equity, or otherwise.
Participation in RSK/BBM events is considered “at your own risk”.
All participants must use due care under the circumstances to comply with all rules, regulations, statutes, and laws of the State of Maryland or any state in which a RSK/BBM produced event takes place.
You agree that you shall not bring any legal action against any of the Organizers of RSK/BBM events for any claim waived and released under this Agreement.
You further agree that should you bring any type of administrative or legal action arising out of claims waived under this Agreement, you will bear all legal fees and costs, including those of the Organizers.
RSK/BBM reserves the right to exclude anyone from participating in RSK/BBM events who chooses not to accept this Agreement.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By participating in RSK/BBM events, you are giving up any legal or equitable claims that you may have against the organizers.
