I understand and consent that Rainbow Sidekick Inc. (herein referred to as “the Organization”) may use my image, name, and likeness for promotional, marketing, and other purposes related to the Organization and its activities. This may include, but is not limited to, promotional materials, social media posts, and event promotions.
As Mr. Mayhem Leather, I am expected to attend and compete at International Mr. Leather (IML) in Chicago
As Mr. Mayhem Leather Bear, I am expected to attend and compete at NAB (North American Bear) or World Bear, city non-committal.
Throughout my title year, I will be required to organize, participate in, fundraise, and attend events, including guest appearances, on behalf of the Organization.
I agree to represent the Organization and the title of Mr. Mayhem Leather or Mr. Mayhem Leather Bear with the utmost professionalism, respect, and decorum. I will conduct myself in a manner that upholds the values and reputation of the Organization and the leather and or bear community. Title Holder also must hold one fundraiser for any 501C3 of their choosing during their title year.
If I am unable or unwilling to fulfill my obligations, I understand that I may be required to return all prizes, awards, and other gifts given to me by the Organization. This includes, but is not limited to, any sponsorships, prizes, or financial support associated with my title.
I acknowledge that the Organization reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove me from my title if I fail to meet the responsibilities outlined in these Terms and Conditions. In such an event, the 1st runner-up will assume the title for the remainder of the title year.
The Organization reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice, and I agree to comply with such changes. I understand that these modifications will apply to my continued participation in the titleholder role.
By accepting the title of Mr. Mayhem Leather or Mr. Mayhem Leather Bear, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this document.
