Others work in the weeks leading up to the event to get all the details taken care of. some of our other volunteers work throughout the weekend to ensure the event goes smoothly and our guests have a great time. Without the many volunteers supporting BBM, we would never be able to hold the event and raise money to support our beneficiaries. Our volunteers not only get to enjoy the weekend, but they also receive a free Gold run pass. Volunteer Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing events or projects Support staff and other volunteers when necessary Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards staff, other volunteers, and those we serve. Adhere to the organization’s rules and policies Participate in volunteer training and meetings Utilize technology to check guests into events. Handle Cash or Credit Card Transaction. I further agree that I shall not retain copies, notes or abstracts of the foregoing. 4) Bears, Bikers & Mayhem or Rainbow Sidekick may notify any future entity or prospective employer or third party of the existence of this agreement, and shall be entitled to full injunctive relief for any breach. 5) This agreement shall be binding upon me and my personal representatives and successors in interest, and shall insure to the benefit of Bears, Bikers & Mayhem, its successors and assigns.
